René Luis Núñez Ávila currently serves as an external advisor to our litigation team.

He specializes in Civil Law, Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law. He was a solicitor at Estudio Valenzuela Amenábar & Errázuriz (1992 to 1995) and a partner lawyer at Kast Pinochet (1995 to 2018). He is currently a judicial associate at Puga&Ortiz.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

René has been a lawyer from the University of Chile since 1997. He is a professor of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Chile; professor of postgraduate courses and professional development courses related to the Criminal, Civil and Family Courts Procedural Reform.

He has also taught courses to the Chilean Carabineros, Sename, the Judicial Academy, and the Internal Revenue Service.

From 2005 to 2008, he was Academic and Student Director of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile.
