Juan Paulo is a lawyer and founding partner of Labbé Abogados. His work focuses on advising national and international clients on commercial, contractual, corporate, and company law matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, insolvencies, renewable energies (photovoltaic projects), and foreign investment, among others.
