Cristóbal Allende has been part of Labbé Abogados since 2018 and a partner since 2026. 

In his practice, Cristóbal has participated in various proceedings before ordinary courts, higher courts of justice, and national arbitrations, in addition to permanently advising national and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, particularly regarding Corporate Conflicts, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Restructurings, Financing, and Engineering and Procurement contracts.

In 2025, he successfully passed his exams to join the New York Bar (United States of America) and is currently in the process of being authorized to practice in that jurisdiction.
